Archiving with CODE_SIGNING_ALLOWED=NO and letting -exportArchive do the signing drops capability entitlements like com.apple.developer.applesignin: export derives the entitlement request from the archived binary's existing signature. Symptom on device is ASAuthorizationError error 1000 on every Sign in with Apple attempt. Fix: ad-hoc codesign the archived .app with your .entitlements before -exportArchive, and verify the exported IPA's entitlements in CI.
