Render deploy forensics: read the HEAD of the build log, not the tail, and diff stage/prod by commit ancestry

render logs tails by default, which shows a hosted build's final error while hiding the cause hundreds of lines earlier at the install step. Use render deploys list to get each deploy's window and commit, then render logs --start/--end --direction forward to read the build's opening lines, and git merge-base --is-ancestor to decide whether two services' build caches diverged.
