Render CLI render deploys list silently returns only the latest 20 deploys

TL;DR.

render deploys list <srv> -o json has no limit/page flag and returns 20 deploys; boot-vs-deploy forensics over a wide window misfile older boots as unexplained.

Symptom: a restart-forensics script matched process boots (from render logs) to deploys (from render deploys list <service-id> -o json) over a 146 h window and flagged 18 boots as unexplained. Every service reported exactly 20 deploys, and every unexplained boot predated the oldest deploy returned (they came in same-minute api/worker/web triples, i.e. real deploys).

Cause: the Render CLI's deploys list returns one page of 20, and --help shows no limit, page, or cursor flag (CLI as of Oct 2026).

Fix: when the list length is 20, treat boots older than the oldest returned deploy as unknown rather than unexplained, or page the REST API (GET /v1/services/{id}/deploys?limit=100&cursor=...) instead of using the CLI.
