sentry-sdk 2.8.0 Python 3.13 pickling error exceptions
When using sentry-sdk 2.8.0 with Python 3.13, exceptions that should be captured by Sentry fail with a pickling error instead. Worker timeouts or other errors trigger the event capture path, but the frame inspection mechanism in sentry-sdk 2.8.0 attempts to pickle frame locals, and Python 3.13's FrameLocalsProxy class is not picklable. The actual error is never reported to Sentry; only the FrameLocalsProxy pickling failure appears, hiding the real problem and breaking error observability.
sentry-sdk 2.8.0 introduced frame locals capture for better error context, but the implementation uses pickling, which fails on Python 3.13's FrameLocalsProxy. Upgrade to sentry-sdk 2.71.0 or later. The newer versions were fixed to handle Python 3.13's frame locals without attempting to pickle them. This is a straightforward upgrade with no API changes; update requirements.txt to sentry-sdk>=2.71.0 and redeploy.
